Rematealdia.com was created, with the aim of providing information and knowledge to all those interested in participating or buying through a judicial auction in Colombia, we locate all the auction notices that are published nationwide.

Those interested can access the information to participate in auctions of interest, through our  memberships.

What is an auction notice?

An auction notice is a publication issued by (Court, DIAN, Popular Bank or Notary), which provides the general information of the good to be auctioned, usually contains # filing or # of process, appraisal, plaintiff, defendant registration etc.

How can I see the announcement of auctions?

If you are interested in knowing the listings of auction notices, we invite you to acquire some of our  memberships that will allow you to have access to the information in the area of interest.

STEPS TO BUY IN A JUDICIAL REMATE

    Place in any of the lists that we provide on this page through our memberships, a property or vehicle that is of a value less than the money you have available (can only be purchased in cash).

    Acquire one of our memberships to have access to the notices published by the court that contains: address of the property, place of auction (Court, DIAN, Hammer or Notary), filing or # of process, plaintiff, defendant, registration, etc.

    It is important to obtain knowledge of the location of the property (at least outside), neighborhood, current price and whether it is occupied or not, this will give you tools to establish a value to bid for the day the auction is made.
    • Review the file, (you can have access to the file about which you are interested) or get advice from a trusted lawyer for review and other procedures, it is very important to know the details of the process, such as sequestering the property and knowing the amount

    If you have already decided to participate in any auction, the first requirement is to consign 40% of the value of the appraisal, in the account of the court in the Agrarian Bank, it is recommended to make this consignment the same day of the auction or one day before to the date of the auction, keep in mind that you only receive cash or a management check, but when it is the latter, you must do it three days before.

    With the consignment made, you will obtain the title for the deposit of 40%.

    • At the date and time set by the Court, must appear at the place indicated for the auction (Court, Notary, Dian, Banco Popular), with the title and two copies of this, two photocopies of the card and a sheet of paper where write the value of the offer (in sealed envelope), which must exceed 70% of the value of the good, which appears in the notice.
    • Usually several bidders come, it is possible that there is an offer higher than yours, in this case the court will order the return of all the money that you deposited for this process, this usually takes between ten and twenty business days after the auction date.

    If you win your offer, you must record the difference between what you already have and what you offer, this consignment must be made within three business days after the auction date, and will be made in the same account in which you made the first payment.

    In the same three days following the judicial auction, you must also pay 5% of the total offer you made, these are due to the tax on the Superior Council of the Judiciary, this payment is also made in the Agrarian Bank and the information of This account is provided by the same court or Banco Agrario.

     This consignment must have your name and your ID #.

    • The verification of these payments must be provided to the court where you presented yourself for the auction.
    • It is possible that the good that you have just acquired, have pending payments for taxes, administration (if it is a property of horizontal property) and services, these payments are assumed by the auctioneer, but will be reimbursed if the payment vouchers are presented before the Court, until after 15 days of having approved the auction, keep in mind that these payments must not exceed the amount of your offer for that good.
